Terms of Service

By using czemeres.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. They exist to keep expectations clear: the Site is informational, paid work is governed by separate written agreements, and you use the Site at your own risk.

1. Who you're dealing with

The Site is operated by Zach Czemeres ("Czemeres AI", "I", "me"), based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the Site.

2. Informational content, not professional advice

Everything on the Site, including the guides, the AI readiness check, indicative pricing, and any results or recommendations the Site generates, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Decisions you make based on Site content are your own responsibility.

3. The AI readiness check

The readiness check produces an indicative score and suggestions based on your answers. It makes no guarantee about your career, business outcomes, or the performance of any tool or course it references. Some resource links on the Site may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Consulting engagements

Descriptions of services and pricing on the Site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Any consulting, build, fractional, or training engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement controls over anything on the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, scraping at abusive volumes, submitting unlawful or malicious content through forms, infringing others' rights, or interfering with the Site's operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by Zach Czemeres unless otherwise noted. You may share links to and brief excerpts of the content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, resell the content, or use it to train commercial products without written permission. Third-party product names shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party sites and relies on third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and external sites in the portfolio). I don't control those services and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. I don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zach Czemeres and Czemeres AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. To the same extent, total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zach Czemeres and Czemeres AI from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
