Privacy Policy
The short version: I collect the minimum needed to respond to you and run this site, I use cookieless analytics, I never sell your information, and I'll delete your data on request. The full version follows.
Who I am
This site is operated by Zach Czemeres ("Czemeres AI", "I", "me"), an AI consulting practice based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@czemeres.ai.
Information I collect
Contact form: if you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, company name, and message you choose to provide, so I can reply to you.
AI readiness check: the readiness check runs in your browser. Your answers are not stored unless you choose to enter your email at the end, in which case I store your email and readiness score so I can follow up.
Booking: if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter (such as name, email, and meeting preferences) under its own privacy policy.
Payments: payments and invoicing are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this site or my systems.
Email: if you email me, I keep the correspondence so I can respond and maintain a record of our communication.
Analytics, without cookies
This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. I see aggregate numbers (page views, referral sources, country-level location) and cannot identify individual visitors. Because no tracking cookies are used, this site does not show a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
How I use information
I use the information above to respond to inquiries, deliver services you request, schedule and conduct calls, send follow-ups you've asked for, invoice for engagements, and understand in aggregate how the site is used. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where data lives and how it's protected
Form submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) hosted in the United States, encrypted at rest, and protected with row-level security so the data cannot be read or written from the public site. All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. Server credentials and API keys are kept server-side only and never reach your browser.
Service providers
I rely on a small set of processors to run this site and practice: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Plausible (analytics), and Zoho Mail (email). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function and operates under its own privacy and security commitments.
Retention and deletion
I keep contact and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations. Want your data gone sooner? Email hello@czemeres.ai from the address in question and I'll delete your information from my systems, typically within 7 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or state laws such as the CCPA and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@czemeres.ai. I don't discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I'll delete it.

The portfolio and guides link to external sites and products. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers czemeres.ai only.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, I'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
